Baldi's Basics but it's a minor Decompile

Ever wanted Baldi's Basics to be updated by just a little bit, well ok well here it is now!

This is a very minor decompile of Baldi's Basics which barely does anything to stand out. But here are the tweeks and imporvents to the game:

- DECOMPILE (how to pronouce it:ˌdēkəmˈpīl)

- Stamina bar was moved so it looks like it's in V1.3.2

- New room added

-More windows added
